1.) What kind of security is available at the Atlantis parking lots?
The Atlantis will provide security for the car show lot. You will be issued a pass either through the Atlantis Hotel Registration or when you arrive at the car show registration area. Only those provided with these passes will be able to enter the car show area after show hours.

Reno, truly, is the “Biggest Little City in the World”. Restaurants abound with most any cuisine imaginable. Basque style family to fast food can be found within a short distance from the Restomod Show area. Going north from the Atlantis on Virginia Street you may see the world famous Reno Arch. 3.) What is your policy on cancellations?
Any and all refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked on or before May 13th, 2008. We have to make firm commitments to the people we are hiring shortly thereafter. This pertains to food, mainly. The Atlantis hotel has it’s own cancellation policy, so you should check with them when you make your reservations.

4.) Are there restrictions on what I can bring to the show?
The parking will be out doors in the Atlantis parking lot. While we are planning to space the cars so that there are no door dings and plenty of room around each car for people to walk around, we are not able to allow canopies and EZ-ups. The use of mirrors, mats, stanchions and other display materials may cause us to have to park you in an area away from the other cars if they take up more space than normal. This could make it harder for people to remember to vote for your car. The best thing is to tell us in advance what you are planning. We will do all we can to accommodate you if possible. Please remember Reno can have some periods of high winds where loose items can be blown into your car and those around you. Our main goal is the protection of your beautiful vehicles.

5.) Are other cars allowed to enter?
This show is strictly is for Fords. We are appreciative of all the support received from other local car clubs in the past. We are hopeful of adding other vehicles to future shows.

6.) I am a vendor, am I allowed to set up a display and sell my products?
Please contact us directly for vendor information at (775) 323-1362.

7.) Can our car club set up a display to sign up new members?
Absolutely! We hope all of the Mustang clubs that have members present will have handouts for potential members. We’ve always felt that the clubs are the glue that holds our hobby together. Anything we can do to promote your club promotes our hobby. Just be certain to let us know that you will need a separate area for membership promotion.

8.) Will refreshments be available at the show?
At this time we do not have a vendor list including refreshments in the show area. Should we have further information on this we will update the site. The casino will have everything you could want and then some. It is a short walk from the show area into the casino/Hotel.

9.) Is the show open to the public and is there an admittance fee?
Yes the show is open to the public with no fee.

10.) Do you expect any of the Mustang magazines to cover this event?
Mustang Monthly and Mustangs and Fords magazines have told us that they will be in attendance. We have extended invitations to many others to attend. We’ll just have to wait and see who makes it!!!!

11.) I will be arriving late. Is my spot guaranteed?
If you have signed up for the show you will be eligible for a trophy and you will be parked when you arrive. While we do not expect space to be a problem, you will want to get your car into the show as soon as possible so that as many people as possible can see and vote for it.

12.) I’m planning to come and enter my Mustang the day of the show. Can I still win a trophy in my class?
Trophies will be purchased based on registrations received by the deadline date. While we can not guarantee trophies to late registrants, we will make every effort possible to include all cars in the voting process.
